Refunds

Please ensure your items are returned new, unused, and with all PANI COUTURE and designer tags and bags still attached in their original form.

This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.

PANI COUTURE boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Returns will not be processed unless they go through our Returns Manager portal.

Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or has a strong smell of perfume or cigarettes, or is damaged, will not be accepted.

Items must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product.

Please use the original packaging included.

“We accept returns and exchanges on all full-price products within 14 days of delivery receipt.

No returns or exchanges on made-to-order items, custom-made, or sale items.

We only accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders within Spain.

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged.

PANI COUTURE is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
