Please ensure your items are returned new, unused, and with all PANI COUTURE and designer tags and bags still attached in their original form.

This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.

How fast is your shipping shipping? Depending on your order type and availability, your order is shipped 3-30 days from purchase. We estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select express shipping option. Where do you shipp? Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities. For orders placed in USD, EUR or GBP, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where import taxes and duties will be collected at checkout on behalf of the Customer’s national authorities. For DDP shipments UPS will be responsible for customs clearance and the parcel will be delivered directly to the shipping address. For orders placed in PLN outside of the EU duties and taxes are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel’s arrival in the destination country.
